eBooks are delivered using VitalSource, a modern, secure eBook platform. You can access your eBooks on any computer (no download required), tablet, or smartphone device with the VitalSource Bookshelf app.
After you’ve made an eBook purchase through the CAP website, a redemption code will be provided which can be used to redeem your eBook on VitalSource.
Where do I find my eBook redemption code?
If you already have a CAP account, please click View Your Order in your order confirmation email which will take you to your account with us. Once logged in, you will find an eBook redemption code waiting for you.
If you do not have a CAP account then you will need to create one. Click here to create a CAP account.
Once created and logged in, please click View Your Order where your eBook redemption code will be waiting for you.
I have my redemption code. Where do I redeem my eBook?
CAP has partnered with Vitalsource, a world leading digital content supplier for ebook file fulfilment. Your redemption code will enable you to redeem your eBook through Vitalsource’s online platform – Vitalsource Bookshelf
You will need to create a free Vitalsource Bookshelf account, or login to your existing account. Click here to create or login to a Vitalsource account.
Once logged in to your Vitalsource account, click Redeem Code and enter the code we have provided.
Within your account you can then gain online and offline access to your eBook.

I can’t find my order confirmation email or redemption code

Can I return an eBook?
eBooks can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed and access codes for accompanying resources have not been used. Returns cannot be accepted where the customer has previously returned the same eBook from a prior purchase.
