Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Has my order shipped?
At present we cannot provide automated dispatch confirmation emails so you may not hear from us if an order has shipped. However please rest assured that your book will be on its way to you.
Can I track my order?
All orders placed through the website are sent via non-traceable delivery methods so cannot be tracked. If you’d like to receive a quote for a traceable method, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing an order.
Should my order have arrived by now?
Please see the Delivery Information section of our website for estimated shipping times. Please only contact us if your order is taking longer to arrive than the delivery time estimated for your region.
If you order a title that is out of stock at the time of ordering, this will be shipped automatically once back in stock. If you have preordered a title that is not yet published, this will be not be shipped until after the publication date.
Can I return an eBook?
eBooks can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed and access codes for accompanying resources have not been used. Returns cannot be accepted where the customer has previously returned the same eBook from a prior purchase.

Yes, any titles which are out of stock at the time of ordering will be shipped to you automatically once back in stock.
I’ve only received part of my order
You will receive your order in separate shipments if a title you have ordered is out of stock at the time of ordering, or if a title you have preordered is not yet published. You do not need to contact us if this is the case – please rest assured you will receive your order.
How long will it take to receive a title that is out of stock?
