CAP Blog – Authors

It’s wonderful that you’re considering submitting to the CAP blog – take a look at some our of recent posts here: https://www.combinedacademic.co.uk/blog/

We invite you to take part in a Q&A about your book & the writing/publishing process, with a mix of book related questions and personal anecdotes:

Questions:

Briefly describe your book

Why did you decide to publish it with a university press?

Do you enjoy the writing process?

What is your favourite book? Why?

Alternative question – feel free to choose any: What is the last thing you read not for research/work? OR What book – for work or pleasure – would you recommend right now?

What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given to you?

What piece of advice might you give to young academics looking to follow in your footsteps?

Who inspires you?

What’s next?
