Herbert R. Northrup was Professor of Industry and Director of the Industrial Research Unit, Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania. Howard W. Risher, Jr., was Research Assistant at the Unit before entering industry. Richard D. Leone was Assistant Professor of Management at the School of Business Administration, Temple University. Philip W. Jeffress was Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance, Louisiana State University, New Orleans.
