Her most recent work, with Sylvia Yanagisako, Fabricating Transnational Capitalism: A Collaborative Ethnography of Italian-Chinese Global Fashion (Duke University Press, 2019) offers an innovative approach to studying the commodity chains of transnational capitalism.
