Betsy Wing is a freelance translator and fiction writer. She translated Catherine Clément and Hélène Cixous's La Jeune Née (The Newly Born Woman) into English in 1986. A collection of her fiction, Look Out for Hydrophobia, was published in 1990.
Peggy Kamuf is Professor Emerita of French and Comparative Literature at the University of Southern California. Her books include To Follow: The Wake of Jacques Derrida and Book of Addresses, which won the René Wellek Prize. She is co-editor of the seminars of Jacques Derrida and has translated several books by Derrida, including The Death Penalty I.
Eva Hoffman is author of the best-selling memoir Lost in Translation: A Life in a New Language. Her other books include Shtetl, After Such Knowledge: Memory, History and the Legacy of the Holocaust, and two novels, The Secret and Illuminations.
